The programme is limited to eight women. The group dynamic means there’s plenty of support and encouragement. You’ll get the most out of it by getting involved in the discussion, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with.

The September group coaching programme will run online every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm (UK time) from September 8 to October 13. The six-week programme will be a small group of no more than eight participants and costs £195. You can sign up and pay below.
